The essentials
Snoot stores your goals, deposits and preferences ONLY on your device. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, we never sell or share your data, and there are no ads or trackers.
What data the app handles
Your savings goals, deposits, challenges, streak and settings (like reminders) are stored locally on your phone. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it (except your standard iOS device backup).
Snoot is a visual tracker: it never connects to your bank and never holds or moves real money.
In-app purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and purchase receipts to validate your subscription; it never receives your goals or amounts. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications
Weekly reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They only exist if you turn them on, and you can turn them off anytime.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
